Organization Profile: Inspired by the ideals of Sardar Patel, the Gujarat Education Society established, in 1958, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya to meet the diverse educational needs of the Capital of independent India. The Gujarat Education Society which established the Vidyalaya manages the Vidyalaya through elected representatives in the Governing Body. The Governing Body lays down the direction, the policies and the guidelines for the Vidyalaya and monitors its performance on an on going basis.

Qualification:
- For PGT : Post Graduate in the required subject from a recognized University and B.Ed. from a recognized institution having a good command of English.
- For TGT : Graduate / Post Graduate in the required subject from a recognized University and B.Ed. from a recognized institution having a good command of English..
- Counsellor : Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, or Postgraduate in Child Development, or Graduate / Postgraduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling from a recognized institution, having a good command of English.
- Special Educator : Required degrees & a RCI number having a good command of English and Hindi.
( For point 3 & 4 : Specially passionate towards working & supporting students’ emotional well being and academic success.)
- Transport In-Charge: Graduate degree (any stream is generally acceptable), Preferred specialization in Logistics Management (With IT) and 2–5 years experience in school transport operations or fleet management, having a good command of English and Hindi.
- Qualification required as per CBSE by-laws and recruitment rules of the DoE.
- Experience of 3-5 years will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have 55% and above in the academic record, excellent communication skills and proficiency in subjects relevant to the post.
- Student Centred Support, Capacity to engage with students, understand their needs, and offer personalised pastoral care, creating a safe nurturing environment that promotes overall development.
