Dear Viewers KONGU ENGINEERING COLLEGE Conducting National Level Training Programme. Aptitude is basically defined as an innate, learned or acquired ability of an individual to perform certain tasks. Aptitude tests are of paramount importance to prospective job seekers in today‟s competitive job market.
The statistics reveal that 70 percent of world‟s recruitment companies use aptitude test as a part of their recruitment procedure.Beforehand preparation is very important, as the saying goes „practice makes a man perfect‟.
This training programme focuses on the tricks to score high in aptitude, make the students explore their potential and exercise quantitative reasoning problems. After attending our training a candidate can succeed in the following examinations,
