Objectives

• Dear Viewers SRM UNIVERSITY Conducting National Level Workshop.
• To enlighten the participants on the applications of MEMS in various areas.
• To exchange views on multi-disciplinary applications of MEMS with eminent speakers.
• To improve their working knowledge of MEMS fabrication
• This workshop will explore the features available various MEMS software’s.

• CVD, PVD, Lithography
• Bulk and Surface micromachining
• MEMS design, Modeling and Simulation
• MEMS- based sensors and actuators
• Etching techniques
• Practices on few micro fabrication processes
• Characterization Methods

• Registration Form
• Registration fee for all participants- Rs.2000/- (includes Lunch)
• No TA/DA will be provided
• Registration fee is to be paid through Demand draft / cheque, drawn in favor of “ISASRMEC”, payable at Chennai. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Send your DD along with the registration form to the communication Address.
• The form can also be downloaded from the SRM website:  registration form
• The last date for registration is 10th August, 2016
• No boarding and lodging.
