About the Workshop
Dear Viewers THIAGARAJAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING Conducting Two Days Workshops. Energy materials have been received increasing attentions in recent years because of their dominant role in our science and society. The 21st century is seeking for the development of innovative and improved materials that have the capability to conserve/convert energy at large extent. To leap forward from the energy crisis issues and improving lifestyle, we all are looking positively toward nanomaterials or nanostructures.
This workshop focuses on the current status and to identify future priority and directions in research,
design and applications of nanomaterials for solar-energy conversion, advanced battery materials, energy storage materials and other new energy materials.
Major topics to be covered:
- Synthesis of nanomaterials and nanostructures
- Characterizations of nanomaterials
- Smart Energy Materials Nano Dielectrics
- Polymer Nanocomposites
- Nanomaterials for Energy conservation, conversion and storage devices/systems, for example, solar cells, supercapacitors, light-emitting diodes and so on

The registration fee includes workshop kit, presentation materials, working Lunch and refreshments.

All payments should be made by a crossed demand draft in favour of “The Principal, Thiagarajar College of Engineering” payable at Madurai-625015.
Accommodation
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for stay during the workshop.
However suggestion for accommodation near college could be given on request
