The PAN-IIT conference brings together researchers from academia, industry and regulatory organizations to deliberate on theoretical work, empirical findings and policy implications related to financial market and corporate finance

7th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FINANCIAL MARKETS & CORPORATE FINANCE (ICFMCF 2025) will be held in Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM), IIT Kharagpur from June 28th – 29th , 2025. The aim of the conference is to provide a forum to showcase the cutting-edge research in the area of financial markets, corporate finance and sustainable finance. The conference provides an excellent avenue to get quality feedback and an opportunity for networking among researchers, academicians and industry executives working in the area of finance and allied areas. We invite high quality original theoretical/applied empirical papers (or extended abstracts) from faculty members, research scholars and industry practitioners.

Call for Papers:

Submission covering studies related to financial market, corporate finance and sustainable finance are generally encouraged. Papers/extended abstracts may be submitted on the topics listed below, but are not limited to:

Scholars who only want to attend the pre-conference workshop can attend by paying the registration fee of INR 2,000 + 18% GST.

Accommodation may be arranged on campus on a sharing basis/ single occupancy based on the availability of the Institute’s Guest House / Hostels on payment basis.

Paper Submission Guidelines

• Complete, unpublished papers should be submitted online in PDF format.
• Papers should reach us before the last date of submission. All submissions will be reviewed and the authors of accepted papers will be informed by email. The peer-review process will be followed for the selection of the best paper awards.
• Authors should anonymize manuscripts prior to submission. This entails removing or replacing author names and affiliations, acknowledgment, as well as any self-citations or URLs that would clearly disclose their identity. The paper should start from the title, abstract, keywords followed by the main paper.
• Papers exceeding plagiarism levels of 20% will be rejected in the screening process.

• Authors of accepted papers may be requested to act as discussants for other papers.
