About the Workshop

           Dear viewers Karunya University Conducting workshop. This one day workshop program will give a brief idea about high power and low power devices and its modelling. In the Forenoon session Eminent professors will give a lecture on high power and low power devices.

The programme sessions are arranged in a manner that give plenteous time for information exchanges amongst presenters and attendees. After noon session mainly deals with the demonstrations on Synopsis TCAD Devices.

This tool is used to model semiconductor device simulation and verify its device characteristics. It can also create compact models based on the electrical behaviour of the device.
