IEEE PESGRE is the biennial flagship Conference of IEEE Kerala Section, IEEE IA/IE/PELS Joint Chapter Kerala and IEEE Industry Applications Society. IEEE Industry Applications Society, IEEE Kerala Section, and IA/IE/PELS Jt. Chapter Kerala are financial co-sponsors. The theme of the conference is “Power Electronics and Renewable Energy for Sustainable Development” and will be held from 18-21 December 2025 at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad, Dharwad, Hubli, Karnataka, India.

Paper Submission:
- All submissions must be written in English. All papers must be original unpublished work.
- All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format by the deadline.
- The maximum length for full papers is 6 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. All authors are encouraged to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work.
- The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
- Authors presenting papers at the conference at the PESGRE 2025 conference are eligible to submit the revised versions as post-conference papers for further review and possible publication in the IEEE-IAS Transactions and Magazine.
- Standard manuscript templates for conference proceedings in LaTex and Word are present at Standard IEEE Templates.
- The deadline for paper submission is 30th June 2025 (Extended paper submission deadline).

Important Notes
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at FULL FEE (Academician/ Scientists/ Foreign Authors/ Industry Person) before the deadline for the paper to be presented in the conference and included in IEEE Xplore.
- A maximum of one (1) paper may be presented and submitted to IEEE Xplore under a full registration.
- A student registration permits the presentation of one (1) paper but does not include eligibility for submission to IEEE Xplore.
- The initial manuscripts may contain six pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are permissible without additional charges in the final version. The maximum number of pages per manuscript allowed is strictly eight (8).
- Registration fee is non-refundable

About Institution:
Indian Institute of Technology dhArwAD (IITdh) is one of the third Generation (3-G) IITs, which were established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI). It was started in August 2016 under the mentorship of IIT Bombay. Our academic journey began in the Academic Year (AY) 2016-17, with the establishment of four-year Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) programs – Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE) and Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
About Department:
The department of Electrical Engineering is established in the year 2016. The department runs undergraduate (B. Tech.) and postgraduate (MS by Research, Executive M.Tech. and Ph.D.) programs to cater to the ever-demanding needs of technical excellence in all areas of Electrical Engineering such as Communications and Signal Processing, Integrated Electronics and Circuits, Power Systems & Power Electronics, and Control & Automation.
World-class lab infrastructure is being developed to provide ample opportunities for students and researchers to learn and innovate. The department has distinguished faculty, all holding Ph.D. degrees from renowned institutes in India and abroad. The faculty of the department has been constantly carrying out research on many cutting edge technologies and regularly publishes in IEEE and other top international journals. The department also undertakes many research projects sponsored by both the government and the industry.
