About Event:
The 2025 IEEE 1st International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science with Advanced Power Technologies – A Future Trend (ICE2CPT 2025) will be organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur, from 29th to 31st October 2025 in hybrid mode. This premier event is being held in association with IEEE, IEEE Kolkata Section, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, VLSI Society of India, and the IEEE Student Branch, NIT Jamshedpur. As a flagship international conference of the IEEE Kolkata Section and Industrial Electronics Society, ICE2CPT 2025 is poised to serve as a global platform for researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to exchange cutting-edge developments in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, and advanced power technologies. ICE2CPT 2025 aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by highlighting emerging trends and innovations in areas such as smart grids, AI and IoT applications, signal processing, advanced control systems, and sustainable energy technologies. The conference will facilitate knowledge sharing and thought leadership across academia and industry, addressing critical challenges and opportunities in green industrial electronics and digital transformation. By encouraging dynamic discussions and strategic networking, ICE2CPT 2025 aspires to shape the future landscape of intelligent and sustainable energy and communication systems.

The conference invites high-quality research contributions in all areas of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Science. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Paper Submission:
- All submissions must be written in English. All papers must be original unpublished work.
- All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format by the deadline.
- The maximum length for full papers is 6 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. All authors are encouraged to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work.
- The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
- Standard manuscript templates for conference proceedings in LaTex and Word are present at Standard IEEE Templates.

Registration:
At least one author of the accepted paper must register with appropriate conference fee to include the paper in the 1ST IEEE ICE2CPT 2025 conference Program and publication in IEEE Xplore.
Guidelines
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register on/before 28th AUGUST 2025.
- Unregistered papers will not be included in the final program for presentation and publication in IEEE Xplore.
- Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish only one (1) accepted paper with maximum of six pages. Extra two pages (i.e. maximum of 8 pages) may be allowed with over length page charge of Rs. 1000/$ 18 per page.
- Please keep a copy of the Payment Transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway / by your bank. You may need these later in registration process or if you need to track your payment/registration.
- The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
- The eligible authors are requested to provide the scan copy of valid IEEE membership card/Student Institute ID proof during the registration process.
- To complete the registration process, the authors must fill the below Google Form by 28.05.2025 (separately for each paper ID) after making the payment. The late registration is allowed with 10% extra conference fee till 01.09.2025.
- Registering author must refer the category of eligible registration. Please see below the registration fees for different author category.

The National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur (NIT Jamshedpur), is an Institute of National Importance located at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. Established as a Regional Institute of Technology in 1960, it was upgraded to NIT on 27 December 2002 with the status of Deemed University. It is one of the 31 NITs in India, and as such is directly under the control of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). It is the third in the chain of eight NITs established as a part of the Second Five Year Plan (1956–61) by the Government of India. The Institute has twelve departments including engineering, science and humanities. The institute offers a 4-year Bachelor of Technology degree in the various streams. The institute also offers Master and Ph.D degrees in various streams. About Department:
The Department of Electrical Engineering was started in 1960. The Department has been consistently producing quality Engineers since its inception and is also involved in research and development activities. The alumni of the department are well placed in both public and private sectors. In addition to the UG programme the department runs PG programme in Power Systems and Power Electronics and Drives and Ph.D. program in different areas of specialization. To emerge as a front-runner for catering latest needs of Power Sector, Electrical Industries, Public Service and to improve the quality of life with high human values.
