Qualification and Experience:

  • Professor or an Associate Professor as Professor 70 prescribed by the UGC; and teaching and research [Full Time] Years experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Is an IP attorney who has practiced IPR law for a minimum of ten years
  • Is a retired official of the IP Office under CGPDTM, holding a doctorate degree, with a minimum of five years of experience

Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication
  • Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
  • The candidate should have good research record
