About the Workshop
Dear Viewers KUMARAGURU COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY Conducting Workshop. Motor Sports is a group of competitive events which primarily involve the design, fabrication
and use of motorized vehicles, for racing or non-racing competition. Motor sports includes a
wide variety of sports that involves the racing of engine powered vehicles in order to compete
against other drivers and pilots.
The future of racing in developing markets lies in construction
of regional and national level tracks that lead the way in developing entry-level and national
standard racing in countries where the sport is new. International motor sports events are used
as a tool to generate media impact, as well as growth in tourism, business and employment.
The Motorsport industry is constantly evolving, as companies seek to gain an edge over their
competitors. All aspects of the industry have to reflect this as the key to success their vehicles.
The objective of this workshop is to develop the understanding and learning best practices in
the field of motorsport engineering that includes design & analysis, data logging and performace
tuning & testing with specialization on International motorsport events that aims to develop
technical skills of engineers with a broad understanding of all contextualized to Motorsport
environment.
Display of BAJA, SUPRA, GO-KART and other racing vehicles

Faculty Members : Rs. 500
