Job Description:
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with participating institutions and the National Coordinating Institute (NCI), IIT Delhi.
- Organize and conduct UBA events, orientation programs, workshops, and meetings at regular intervals (approximately every two months).
- Prepare project proposals, concept notes, reports, and other project-related documents.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings through Google Meet and maintain meeting records.
- Manage daily email correspondence with participating institutions, stakeholders, and UBA.
- Process project-related accounts, bills, reimbursements, and financial documentation in coordination with the accounts department.
- Maintain project databases, records, and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Assist in planning, implementation of UBA activities and outreach programs.
