Qualification and Experience:

  • Registrar
    • The Registrar will be responsible for overall academic , administration, governance, statutory compliance, and institutional  coordination
    • Key Responsibilities
      • Oversee academic administration and university governance
      • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies
      • Manage academic records. examinations. and institutional processes
      • Support leadership in policy implementation and institutional development
    • Eligibility
      • Master’s degree preferably in Engg. / Management with minimum 15yrs of relevant experience. preferably in higher education
      • Minimum 5yrs experience in university / institution administration,regulatory compliance and strong organizational skills
  • Director
    • The Director will lead and strengthen the institution’s innovation ecosystem by promoting entrepreneurship, incubation, industry  collaboration. and startup culture among students and faculty.
    • Key Responsibilities
      • Establish and manage incubation and startup support systems
      • Foster industry partnerships and innovation-driven projects
      • Mentor startups and facilitate funding opportunities
      • Drive innovation policies aligned with national initiatives
      • Organize hackathons. workshops. and entrepreneurial events
    • Eligibility
      • Proven experience in innovation. incubation. or entrepreneurship  ecosystems ;
      • Strong industry connect and leadership skills
      • Exposure to startup mentoring, funding, and technology transfer
  • Controller of Examination
    • The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for planning,conduct, and evaluation of examinations, ensuring transparency and coordination. efficiency.
    • Key Responsibilities
      • Oversee end-to-end examination processes
      • Ensure Integrity, Confidentiality, and compliance in examination
      • Manage evaluation systems, result processing , and documentation
      • Implement digital and automated examination systems
    • Eligibility
      • Master’s degree with minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Eligibility a preferably in higher education
      • Experience in examination management in universities institutions with through knowledge in computer applications /ERP
      • Strong administrative and systems management skills

  • The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication
  • Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
  • The candidate should have good research record
