Please follow these guidelines to ensure your paper is reviewed.

• Each paper can be submitted to only ONE thematic session.
• Submitted papers must NOT have been previously presented, scheduled for presentation, published, or accepted for publication by any other source (journal, publisher or any other organization).
• If a paper is under review at the time of submission, it must NOT appear in print before the Conference.
• NO changes in the paper title, abstract, authorship, nor submitted document can occur AFTER the submission deadline.

Formatting your Paper

• The maximum length of the submission is 20 pages (including title page and all figures, tables, appendices, and references.) – limited to 5,000 words.
• Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced. References may be single spaced.
• The entire paper submission (title page in title case, abstract (200 words), main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in using the following formats: Microsoft Word(.doc, .docx)
• Number the pages in the document.
• Make sure that the file or document uploaded is virus-free before submitting.

About Department:

The department was established with an undergraduate programme in Automobile engineering in 1999.

• M.E-Automotive Engineering (2 Years)
• Ph.D-Automobile Engineering : Full-time and Part-time

The faculty of the department has published 200+ technical papers in various National and International conferences and journals from 1999. The department is well equipped with laboratories like PACE Lab, Vehicle Servicing Lab, PSG Motorsports Lab, Electric Hybrid Vehicle Lab, Engine Trouble Shooting Lab, Vehicle Performance and Characteristic Lab, Two & Three Wheeler Lab, Automotive Steering System Lab, Automotive Simulation Lab, Automotive Electronics Lab, CAD & CAE Lab, Fuel Cell Lab, Centre for Automotive Research and Testing Lab & Centre of Excellence – Industrial & Home Textiles lab. The software packages available in the department include Pro-E, Solidworks, Solid edge, NX, Siemens, CATIA, Unigraphics, ANSYS, ADAMS, LSDYNA for the faculty and aspiring students to pursue their research and project work. The upgraded facilities in the department include sensors, CVT, Automatic Transmission, etc. The department offers consultancy services in Chassis Design, Engine Design, FEA analysis, and CFD simulations. In the near future, the department aims to start Fuel Testing Laboratory, Advanced Automotive Electronics Laboratory, and a Research center for Alternate Fuels.
