KeDAR-2025 aims to bring together researchers, industry professionals, and academic experts to explore the intersection of cutting-edge technologies and knowledge-driven methodologies in the fields of VLSI and RF design.
The primary objectives of the conference are:

  • To highlight the latest advancements in VLSI and RF design, showcasing knowledge-driven approaches such as AI, machine learning, and data-driven optimization techniques to enhance the design and performance of VLSI circuits and RF systems.
  • To provide a platform for exchanging ideas, insights, and research findings related to emerging trends, tools, and techniques that influence the design, fabrication, and testing of integrated circuits and RF systems.
  • To promote collaboration between academia and industry, encouraging the adoption of novel methodologies in real-world applications, while addressing the challenges and opportunities in VLSI and RF design.
  • To emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary approaches that integrate knowledge from various domains, including physics, computer science, electronics, and communication systems, for more efficient and scalable VLSI and RF designs.
  • To explore how knowledge-driven techniques can contribute to energy-efficient designs and sustainability in VLSI and RF systems, aligning with global trends toward greener and more environmentally friendly technologies.
  • To create opportunities for skill enhancement through workshops, tutorials, and technical sessions focused on modern design methodologies, tool usage, and simulation environments.

This conference would help in understanding the recent developments made through interaction with the Keynote Speakers, invited talks and research papers presented.

Call for Papers:

Authors Guidelines for Paper Submissions:

  • Full-length paper: Accepted papers will be published in the SCOPUS Indexed Springer Book Series, “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering”.
  • Short Paper (< 6 Pages) and Abstract Only: Authors will be given the chance to present during the conference. A book of abstracts will be published in the e-version of the souvenir of the conference. Abstract/Short Paper/Poster will not be published in the conference proceedings.

About Department: 

Department of Electronics Engineering, N.I.T. Uttarakhand was established in 2010 with an intake of 60 students under UG program. The department offers a four-year course leading to the Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department also offers postgraduate courses in Microelectronics & VLSI Design, Communication Engineering along with Ph. D. degree program in all the specialization of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The advanced academic structure with core courses and variety of elective courses offered by the Department not only enhances the students’ knowledge in the core discipline but also in the related disciplines. The department has set up multiple state of art labs with advanced machines and softwares to provide the students a better learning environment and help develop their skills. The department has multiple collaborations with other institutes and industries for chip fabrication by which the students get a chance of industrial exposure.
