The objectives of ICAME 2026:
- To promote research and developmental activities in Mechanical Engineering.

You are cordially invited to be a part of the 6th International Conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering to be held in physical mode during March 18-20, 2026. This conference focuses on a range of issues but not limited to: Solid Mechanics, Structural, Thermal, Energy (SDG- 7), Alternate refrigerants with low GWP and ODP (SDG-11&13). Energy efficient buildings and green architectures (SDG-9 & 11), Manufacturing, Aerospace, Composites and Advanced Materials, Automobiles, Mechatronics, Robotics and Control, Micro and Nano Heat transfer, Thermal management in Electric Vehicles (SDG- 11), Biomechanics and health (SDG-3), Industrial Applied Mechanics (SDG-11), Agriculture – Food Science and Nutrition Engineering (SDG-2), Water Pumping with Wind Energy (SDG-2 &12), Multidisciplinary and Emerging Areas of Engineering.
Call for Papers:
- We invite the original/review full text papers from the students, academicians/researchers and industrial experts. Papers should meet the scope of the conference, unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Selected papers will be welcomed to submit an extended version to anyone journals (will be listed soon) based on the scope of the corresponding journal after peer review
- If papers accepted after peer-review, it will be published in SCI/Scopus Indexed Journals
- Article processing charges if any, shall be payable based on the respective journal policy.

About Department:
The Department of Mechanical Engineering, established in 1985, is one of the pioneering departments of SRMIST. The present faculty strength is 107 of which 76 are with PhD and the rest are on the verge of completion. More than 2000+ research papers have been published in leading international journals with high impact factor and more than 1000 papers have been presented in international conferences.
