ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Academic: Postgraduate with B.Ed./M.Ed. (PhD would be preferred)
  • Experience: 15 + years teaching, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise: Profound knowledge of CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and innovation skills.
  • Preference: Veterans or candidates from a Defence background preferred.
  • Compliance: All norms per CBSE rules and regulations.
  • Experience of Residential Schools is highly preferred.

Candidate Profile:

  • The candidates should complete PG/Ph.D. in relevant discipline
  • The candidate should have good communication skills
  • The candidate should have a passion for teaching and research
  • Plan and implement educational activities and events.
  • Evaluate and document student’s progress.
