About Event:

The 1st IEEE International Conference on Data Science and Intelligent Network Computing (ICDSINC-2025) will be held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, from 9th to 11th December 2025. The ICDSINC-2025 is a flagship conference of the IEEE Madhya Pradesh section, co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and IEEE System Council. ICDSINC-2025 is aimed to offer a platform to the researchers to exchange their ideas, present their results, share their thoughts based on their expertise, stimulate new research idea, and foster collaborations among computer scientists, engineers, domain experts, urban scientists and representatives from Government and NGOs for an effective computation-driven-society.

The major objective is to automate the computation, communication, storage, and visualization perimeter of the existing challenges and issues by exploiting the benefits of intelligent networking technologies and data sciences, which in turn will develop usable applications and systems. The emphasis is to provide an interdisciplinary platform for the researchers to exchange their ideas, present their results, share their thoughts based on their expertise, stimulate new research idea, and foster collaborations among computer scientists, engineers, domain experts, urban scientists, and representatives from Government and NGOs for an effective computation-driven society.

Paper Submission:

Authors/Participants have to submit full paper to participate in oral/poster presentations.

Instruction to the Participants:

Author should submit full-length manuscript to “https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/icdsinc2025” for peer review process.

Submission Instructions:

  • Paper submissions should be done through“https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/icdsinc2025”.
  • The sample paper template is made available on the conference website in the Download Menu.
  • The paper should be written in IEEE double-column conference format and restricted to a maximum of 6 pages only. Extra pages (beyond 6 maximum 8 pages) are liable to extra page payment charges @ INR 1000 per page.
  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism, requiring less than 15%.

Submission Guidelines for Participants

  • Submission of manuscript includes a commitment by the corresponding author to ensure that at least one of the authors of the manuscript registers for the conference and presents his/her/their work.
  • The camera-ready article must be in the prescribed format and should include all the reviewer recommendations, failing which the article will not be submitted for publication as a Conference proceeding.
  • At any stage of the submission process, if the organizer feels that the manuscript doesn’t comply with the standards of the publisher, it will not be considered for publication.

Registration & Fees Structure

  • Interested participants shall pay the registration fee directly to the bank account. Candidates shall send the filled in conference registration form along with the payment proof to icdsinc@nitrr.ac.in on or before 30/07/2025. Registration form and payment details are given below:
  • Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellation/ refund after Registration.

About Institution:

National Institute of Technology Raipur (Formerly Government Engineering College Raipur), situated in the capital of a newly Incepted state of Chhattisgarh, has proven to be “avant-grade” in the field of science and technology over the past few decades in this region. With a sweet memory of the foundation ceremony by our Hon’ble President Dr. Rajendra Prasad on 14th September 1956, the institute started with two departments namely Metallurgical Engineering and Mining Engineering. Later the inauguration of the Institute building was done by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru on 14th March 1963. From 1stDecember 2005, the institute has become the National Institute of Technology. The institution has grown in tandem with the major surrounding industries – The Bhilai Steel Plant, SECL BALCO and NTPC Korba. It currently offers 12 Undergraduate, 6 Postgraduate courses including MCA and M.Tech in Applied Geology.
