Essential Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree with 55% marks in a concerned, relevant, or allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, along with a qualifying NET conducted by UGC or CSIR, or SLET/SET, or a Ph.D. degree obtained as per UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016.
- For the specific posts, an M.D. (Ayurveda) with specialization in Rasa Shastra Bhaishajya Kalpana, or Ayurveda Samhita/Maulik Siddhant from a recognized university/institute.
- Alternatively, a Ph.D. degree from a foreign university or institution ranked among the top 500 in the World University Rankings by QS, THE, or ARWU (Shanghai).
- A relaxation of 5% marks is allowed at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy Layer)/Differently-abled candidates for eligibility purposes.
Age Limit: Superannuated teachers may also be considered for engagement as Guest Faculty, subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
Salary Details: Honorarium of Rs. 1,500/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. Guest Faculty will not be entitled to allowances, pension, gratuity, or leave benefits admissible to regular teachers, and no claim for regularisation or contract extension will be entertained.
