Army Pre Primary School, Vijay Durg was inaugurated on 07 Jan 1974 as Eastern Comd Kindergarten School. In 2008, name of school was changed to Shaurya Army Pre School (SAPS). In 2012, school was brought under ambit of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) and is now known as Vijay Durg Army Pre-Primary School. School has shifted to its new location near Treasury Line in Mar 2020. Management of school is overseen by GS (Trg) Br on behalf of HQ Eastern Comd since Jul 2020. (Earlier by China Cell).
Application are invited for the post of:
Teachers : Graduate with 50% marks from a recognise Institution/ University.
- For Fresh Teachers Appt: Diploma of minimum two year duration in Nursery Teacher Education/ Pre-School Education/ Early Childhood Education Pgme (D.E.C.Ed) or a B.Ed (Nursery) from any NCTE recognised Institution.
- For Teacher in Service : NTT and ECCE qualification obtained from IGNOU/ NIOS/ any other NCTE recognised institution.
- For Special Educator : Graduate with B.Ed (Special Education) orEd General with 01 year Diploma in Special Education. Age : 25-40 yrs (Candidate with at least 05 yrs of teaching exp in last 10 yrs in Pre Primary Classes will be considered till 55 yrs)
- Clerk : Graduate Degree with technological competent (proficiency in Excel, MS Word and Power Point) speed 12000 key depression per hour. Knowledge of double entry system of accounting, minimum 03-05 yrs experience in reputed Age : 25-40 yrs
- Ayah & Gardener : At least 8th pass. Language fluency in Hindi & Local Age : 25-55 yrs.
