- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a CBSE school (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head)
- Strong knowledge of CBSE regulations and contemporary educational practices
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Primary & High School Teachers:
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed.
- Sound understanding of CBSE curriculum standards & modem teaching practices
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
