- Academic Supervisors, Co-ordinators & SME: Trained Post Graduates with teaching experience of at least 5+ years at Middle & High School Level. Must possess Knowledge & Experience of Academic and Co-scholastic Administration along with Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
- Senior Secondary School Teachers (Grade 11 & 12): Trained Post Graduates with at least 5+ years of relevant experience to teach English, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Robotic Instructor Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, Geography, History, Home Science, Humanities, Sociology, Legal Studies or Mass Media Communication & Journalism.
- Secondary School & Middle School Teachers (Grades 6-10): Trained Post Graduates with at least 5 years of experience to teach English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. History. Geography, Computer Science. Kannada or Hindi.
- Primary School Teachers (Grades 1-5): Trained Graduates with at least 3 years of experience to teach English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Kannada or Computer Science.
