Qualification: 

Principal and Vice Principal: 

• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a CBSE school (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head)
• Strong knowledge of CBSE regulations and contemporary educational practices
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Primary & High School Teachers:

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed.
• Sound understanding of CBSE curriculum standards & modem teaching practices
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership in academies, administration, and school development
• Curriculum planning and implementation as per CBSE norms
• Oversight of daily operations in full statutory compliance
• Strengthening student-parent-staff engagement
• Enhancing teaching quality through innovation and best practices
• Faculty recruitment, training, and professional development
• Upholding discipline, inclusivity, and student welfare
• Organising events, activities, and community initiatives
• Maintaining records and reviewing institutional policies
